A Message from the Owner...

After having worked in the field for several years on a property maintenance crew, I realized how much I enjoyed landscaping and painting. Feeling inspired and entrepreneurial, in the spring of 1998 I decided to venture out on my own and make a career for myself doing the work that I loved.

For the first few years, it was just me doing everything by myself out of my little pickup truck loaded with the bare minimum of equipment. In the spring, summer and fall, I was mowing and taking on small landscaping jobs while also painting houses. In the winter, I kept busy with interior painting and snow plowing. Soon, I began to experience a reassuring degree of success so I decided it was time to grow.

Since then we've been lucky enough to continue to experience success and bring some wonderful people on to our team. Though we have grown and it is no longer just me and my little truck, I still prefer being hands-on with every job. Being on site allows me to be personally available to each of our customers assuring expert attention to detail and efficiency, and to engage in the excellent customer service I take pride in providing. Today Pasquale's Property Service primarily concentrates on landscaping maintenance in the spring, summer and fall and providing high-quality interior painting and snow plowing services in the winter without sacrificing quality. I am so proud of the work that we do these days and of the simple beauty we bring into our clients' lives. All of this brings us back to our motto, which we firmly stand behind, “Quality work at a fair price.”
